actually, i think name is great. shows whimsical “WTF-ever” approach; which is always preferable to “we’re more important than god because we coded something” approach. IMO.

we thought it was a fun way to keep things moving. plus, when you come up with and code an entire social network in a matter of weeks, you don’t really want naming the dang thing to take up too much of your time. :)
